The blog has a new look! What do you think? I like it...the one before was way too generic that anyone could have so I made my own sign and gave it a touch of personality.
Today, I realized no one even knows what my books are about. How are you supposed to care if you don't have any idea what I'm writing about? Here is a short semi-vague description...
The Tower of Secrets is a novel about a young girl named Aradia who grows up not knowing who she is. Thousands of years ago, a prophecy was made predicting her birth and naming her the Blessed One whose destiny is to save the world (how typical). To prevent her from being born, a man kills the king (her father) and takes over the country. But her mother, the king's sorceress, is secretly pregnant and marries another to pretend the child is his. Thus Aradia grows up thinking herself a normal, boring girl when she is quite the opposite. When she turns thirteen, she learns the truth and struggles to find a way to leave home to start her journey before her mother can stop her.
Yes, very vague, I know. Three e-mail queries went out today and I'll be taking my snail mail queries to the post office on Thursday. There should be another post about them before it's Thunk time.
